History

2005

Panef Corporation (contract manufacturer) purchased by Bruce Moncrieff and name changed to Panef, Inc.

2013

Panef, Inc. legally changes the company name to Pack Logix to better identify its capabilities and focus.

2016

Pack Logix acquires The Jar Store (wholesale distributor of jars and glasswares).

2018

Pack Logix LLC expands its portfolio by acquiring Spectrum Lubricants/Phillips 66 high-speed liquid filling and packaging operations in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
